Our team is able to quickly develop a scale-up plan based on the results of collaborative efforts made on the laboratory scale. Our pilot facilities encompass vessels from 50 gallons to 1000 gallons with pilot scale downstream equipment all designed to meet your needs of rapid and successful scale-up.

Following a successful pilot scale assessment of our customers development products, we perform an assessment to evaluate the best approach for full scale manufacture. Our batch capability and multiple facility options allow us to make commercial scale volumes in a variety of batch sizes and in different parts of the world based on our customer requirements. In many cases, we develop multiple batch scenarios with our customers so that we can develop a database of manufacturing parameters and QC data to support our customer’s scale up efforts.
